I have for sale my Custom built , hand fabricated 2008 FLH Harley Davidson. The bike started with a Santee left over FlH wide tire shovel
head frame i got off ebay . I had a brand new Evo crate motor i had got for a previous project and never used it so i decided let me make
it fit in the frame. If you know about harley you will know that the bottom mounts fit almost all years but the evo is taller where the
top backbone is so i built a frame jig around the existing frame welded the fram to the jig and cut the hole backbone and front down
tubes off . I raised it and added a single downtube and added 2 inch backbone and 2 inch downtube stretch the neck i got from voodoo
choppers with internal fork stops and put 38 degrees in the neck. The oil tank is all hand made with built in battery box and external
oil line fittings. The gas tank is a king sportster tank but just the shell was saved the bottom and tunnel and cap were all removed and
dropped low over the backbone so the bottom sits level , the cap is stainless with knurled edging.
The rear fender is a USA fenders blank made from 14 gauge steel it is heavy duty, the fender struts were heat rolled and bent to a curve
and then drilled and counter sunk. The seat pan was hand made and shaped to the rear fender theni
sent it out to Danny Gray to have them stitch up some european leather and custom piping. The front end is off a 2000 xl sportster custom
. I brushed the forks and removed the external fork stops, mounted the Ness headlight to the
bottom tree , Progressive fork springs internally , accurate engineering narrow glide fork brace, custom fabricated speedo cover with
neutral light and hi lo light . speedo is from a mountain bike with an electronic converter box hidden
under the seat. The wheels ar from Black Bike , 21 inch 40 spoke up front and a 18x 8 rear wheel with a 200 mm stretched out on it (
wheel is actually a car wheel ) Tires are metzler front and rear. 1 inch chrome risers and super bars. HAnd controls are black anodized
PM and PM grips. Front brake is 13 inch full floater PM villain and rear is 11.5 , 6 piston differential bore front caliper and 4 piston
polished rear caliper. rear sprocket matches rotors. Motor is and
stock evo crate motor with chrome sportster rocker boxes, custom made motor mount with hidden coil , crane hi-4 single fire ignition,
pipes are hand made mandrel bent and stepped 1 3/4 to 2 inch to 2 1/4 with scallop turn outs. transmission is a stock 5 speed case with
rev tech 6 speed gears and PM hydraulic cover . Primary is a stock cover but has a primo brute 3 dry belt drive . After all the
fabrication my painter sprayed the chocolate brown with
rainbow flake and creme windows and silver engine turned scallops and buried it all in 3 coats of clear SWEET!! Its an amazing bike it
wins awards at every show i bring it to and its been in 4 magazines so far and one has a 4 page spread.
